We're a locally owned remodeling company based in the Sarasota and Bradenton area. We install hardwood, tile, LVP, laminate, and stair flooring for homeowners across the region.
We're not a big franchise. There's no call center, no revolving crew of contractors, no showroom markup. When you call Manatee Remodeling, you're talking to the people who will actually show up and do the work.
We started this business because we saw how many homeowners in this area were getting burned by contractors who overpromised, sent crews they'd never met, or disappeared after the deposit. We do things differently: straight quotes, clear timelines, and work we stand behind.
What to Expect When You Work With Us
Honest estimates. We come out, look at the space, and tell you what it'll cost. No inflated quotes to leave room for a “discount,” no hidden fees that show up at the end.
You pick the materials. We don't sell flooring products. That keeps our overhead low and means you're not limited to whatever we happen to stock. We'll point you toward trusted local suppliers in Sarasota and Bradenton.
We show up on time. We know how much it disrupts your home to have work going on. We keep to the schedule we agree on.
We clean up after ourselves. Every job ends with a proper clean-up. We don't consider a job done until the space looks the way it should.
