Bathroom Remodeling in Sarasota & Bradenton

Bathrooms are where tile work matters most — and tile is our specialty. We handle full bathroom remodels: shower pans, waterproofing, floor and wall tile, niches, and the finish work that ties it all together.

Whether it's a guest bath refresh or a full master bathroom rebuild, we do the work ourselves and keep you in the loop from the estimate through the final walkthrough.

What's Included

What a Bathroom Remodel Covers

  • Demolition & Haul-Away

Old tile, fixtures, and surfaces removed and disposed of properly.

  • Shower Pans

Properly sloped pans — pre-formed or mud-set — built for drainage that actually works.

  • Waterproofing

Membranes and sealed seams behind the tile, installed to the manufacturer's specification to keep moisture away from the framing.

  • Floor & Wall Tile

Porcelain, ceramic, marble, travertine, mosaics, and niche or accent details.

  • Finish Work

Trim, thresholds, caulking, grout sealing, and fixture reinstallation.

Process

How a Bathroom Remodel Works

1

Free In-Home Estimate

We look at the bathroom, talk through layout and materials, and give you a clear written quote with no pressure.

2

You Choose the Materials

We don't run a showroom. You pick your tile and fixtures from any local supplier — we'll tell you exactly what quantities to order.

3

Demo & Waterproofing

We protect the rest of the house, remove the old bathroom, prep the substrate, and waterproof before a single tile goes up.

4

Tile & Finish Work

Tile is set, grouted, and sealed. Fixtures go back in, trim and caulk are finished, and every line gets checked.

5

Clean Up & Walkthrough

We haul out the debris, clean the space, and walk you through the finished bathroom along with care and cure-time notes.

Why It Matters

Waterproofing Is the Part You Never See

Most bathroom failures in Florida homes aren't tile problems — they're waterproofing problems. Humidity, daily showers, and a poorly sloped pan add up fast. We build the layers underneath the tile the right way the first time, because that's the part you can't fix later without tearing the whole thing out again.
